7. We were greeted with warm smiles by the valet and doormen when we dropped off the car and checking in was no hassle at all as the front desk was very accommodating with all our requests.

8. When I returned after dinner and settled in, I became aware of a funky smell in the room--was it something plastic that had melted or had someone in need of a shower been in my room? I didn't spend much time in the room, and was too busy to go through the hassle of changing rooms, so I ended up just living with it.

9. If you don't want to go through the hassle of double-checking your charges or having to get a new credit card # due to fraud, I suggest you find another hotel that appreciates your business and provides better customer service.
