) It was not a
big deal
- no other guests were at the front desk, so we promptly received our key.

The bathroom was very large, but the tiles were a little outdated--no
big deal
, as it was very clean and had everything you could ask for (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, mouthwash, cotton balls and swabs).

One of the friendly staff pointed out the bench from 500 days of summer which is visible from the hotel ( haven't seen the movie so I don't know if this is a
big deal
or not)Walt disney concert hall is visible from all rooms on one side of the hotel (2 min walk) and the museum of contemporary art is just outside the hotel plaza entrance - worth checking out even if you are not an art guru.

big deal
, nor did they advertise they offer that service.

It's not a

Some small service issues -- they delivered the wrong paper in the mornings, but when I went to breakfast, the WSJ, NYT and LAT were all available, so no
big deal
.

No
big deal
, but make sure that you get real good directions before leaving to go to the Omni Hotel, especially if you are arriving at night.
