1. I have just one quibble, and although it isn't enough to knock this otherwise perfect property down to a four star review, it was annoying.

4. it was a bit annoying they didn't bother mentioning that and if I hadn't read it on here and remembered we would have paid for something they offer for free.

5. One thing I was a bit annoyed about was that when we enquired about internet access we were told we could pay $9 a day for wi-fi in the room but then I remembered reading something on tripadvisor before we booked and we called back and were told if we registered online (for free) we would get free internet access.

8. We were a bit annoyed with the valet car service as twice we called 10 minutes before going down to the lobby yet the car was still not there and we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring it around.
