4. I normally write reviews promptly but have been waiting for two weeks to try to resolve a minor issue that is pending (more on that later), Despite traveling 30 weeks a year on business and for fun, I have never stayed at an Omni.

5. The loyalty program previously mentioned exceeds any other loyalty program I am a member of, though admittedly, it is the cause of my minor issue.

Lets start with some of the positives:-downtown, so short commute if you work in the area-courteous staffissues-LOCATION: not near any of the big tourists locations (except the disney hall which was definitely worth seeing)-expensive parking ($20-40), but there are some cheaper alternatives in the area-nothing is open at night in the neighbourhood-not exactly safe to walk around (huge homeless issue downtown)a side note: wifi is 10 dollars a day, but its free if you sign up as a free member.
