We only had a
problem
with our card keys on one night which they were not opening our room and we did have to be very persistent to get help with this but, it was done and we were sent a voucher for free brunch and spa.

The entire service in this hotel was FIRST class - including front of house staff, conceriege, bell staff, valet, and restaurant and bar staff - nothing was ever a
problem
for anybody and all were friendly and helpful.
