1. Unfortunately the room was dirty when we arrived - no bottled water and a thick layer of dust.

7. The bathtub had a layer of sediment (or dirt) in it but, since it was late at night and I knew I would not use it (I used the separate shower), I just put a note the next morning to inform the staff the bathtub was 'dirty.
