1. Room had a problem with the entry/lock mechanism, requiring me to return to the front desk twice to get it fixed.

4. My only problem there was that the concierge suggested using 'The Old Town Trolley' to tour DC in the off-season for a promotional rate.

5. The hotel is a fair walk from the Mall with the monuments and museums but if the walk is a problem it's a very short walk from a Metro station and if even that is too much the valet will call you a cab.

6. Front circulating door in the lobby has problems too and they finally got a repairman out today to fix that, but still problems with all the elevators creating long waits and scary times.

7. The only problem we had was finding somewhere not too expensive to eat nearby, but we ended up eating at lunchtime which was much more affordable.
