5. - poor sound insulation, loud people kept us awake at night- Service varies from matter of fact to surly- Rooms average- Took almost an hour for them to bring us the missing TV remote- Location is pretty good- Has seen better days, needs renovation.

8. My feelings about this hotel are that it is a nice hotel with friendly staff , but communication is poor, the front desk is far too small for such a large hotel, i dread to think what it is like at peak check in/out times, i would stay there again.
