1. The only reason I haven't rated this hotel as 'terrible' was that we were lucky enough to have one helpful lady at the front desk who tried to recover all of our frustrations but everything else apart from her was genuinely awful.

We both were so hungry that it was making us even more frustrated that our day was going downhill that we decided we would be happier going home, we told the front desk and they were completely fine with that, asked if we had used the room and we told them about the showers, and they told us that it was fine we would be recieving a full refund.
