1. The banquets department was dreadful, we were given the fireplace room which is off the restaurant and cramped and noisy.

2. My feelings about this hotel are that it is a nice hotel with friendly staff , but communication is poor, the front desk is far too small for such a large hotel, i dread to think what it is like at peak check in/out times, i would stay there again.
