1. One thing they could improve on is the metal room doors, which are heavy, swing shut hard and rattle loudly every time anyone in the hallway let's their room door swing shut.

10. For some this is a good point, but traveling on a business budget it will be hard to find an Outback Steakhouse or equilivant nearby.
