5. I personally did not encounter these issues just the questionable hygiene practice of the young lady working at Starbucks in the morning on 08/13/11.

8. To get into the fitness center there is no use of your hotel key, (security issue for women?), but if you want to use the vestibule restroom, you must have a hotel key.
