1. This is most annoying, when you have to waste much of your time to straighten things out that shouldn't have happen in the first place.

9. Also, the valet parking was chronically understaffed and it took about 15-20 mins for them to get our car each time, which was a little annoying having an infant in tow (but to their credit, they have a sign posted at the valet stand saying that it can take up to 20 mins to retrieve a car).

10. * BATHROOM: Marble floor and counter; double shower head with curved rod - very nice; toilet flushing was slow and I had to hold down the handle which was kind of annoying, but overally the bathroom was in good working order and comfortable for showering and applying make-up (good lighting).
