1. When we checked in room was not ready and they offered us upgrad we had to wait 2 hours,and when we get there tv did not work ,ac was broken,bed sheets was dirty,toilet mirror dusted.

3. Nor did anyone who works here pass Basic Hotel Keeping 101 - things like covering food on a room service tray when you bring the tray upstairs, replacing broken light bulbs, placing toiletries in a bathroom, cleaning the bathroom.
