2. I suggest asking for a room on a low floor so you can take the stairs when you enter & exit the hotel - their one elevator were painfully slow.

3. On the downside, the computer downstairs in the lobby was really slow for me (but they do have free printing if you need to print boarding passes.

4. It only has one slow elevator - no service elevator - so in the mornings there was a long long wait as the cleaning staff kept the elevator occupied with the laundry and cleaning carts.

5. Beautiful lobby and halls, elevator is clean and fine if a bit slow (old building-- no big deal, no surprise), good wifi, room was gorgeous- we were in 701 with a great view.

7. The only downsides was that the ice machine was on the ground floor, the wireless connection was painfully slow, a couple of the early morning desk staff were not particularly helpful and be warned that the walls are paper thin.

9. Outdated, slow elevator (emphasis: not historic), but okay it's an old building and there's not too many rooms: there's a tolerance.
