4. The lobby structure (walls etc), is looking a little shabby, but this was due to poor workmanship rather than dirty or old, which is a shame as the furniture is bright and funky.

10. The hotel has a slightly shabby air and the room, though large, smelt very damp for the first day, but soon cleared once the window was opened, however, even though freshly painted, the wallpaper was coming away in some places.
