1. The room itself is on the small side but given the price point, I have no complaints.

10. After these events we called to speak to the manager - to be informed that there is NO manager??? call back tomorrow after 9am - What?? I work in a hotel and there needs to be someone on sight 24 hours who can at least assist with hygiene issues and complaints.
