1. There was one night when I was woken up around 2 in the morning by construction work (sounded like it was coming from inside the hotel, but not sure).

2. This is obviously going to be a stunning boutique hotel when the renovations are finished; during my stay the lobby was under construction and only about half of the rooms had been finished.

3. The lobby is under construction, but not an issue, the breakfast is skimpy, but San Francisco has plenty of restaurants.

4. Entirely helpful with tourist issues during our visit, they even offered us a discount on our next trip due to some minor construction going on in the lobby that wasn`t even an inconvenience to us.
