1. there was a slight mix-up with the rooms that we were allocated, but it was dealt with and the problem solved.

3. The reason for the 4/5 mark comes down to the affordability, but this is a common problem across San Francisco so I do think that I found good value in the Hotel Vertigo.

5. This is probably usually not a problem, but SF was suffering through a heat wave when we were there, and there was one operable window in the room, which we opened.

6. The staff were great For telling you how to get to places and drawing you maps especially Gregory and the 2 Christines nothing was a problem told us the good shops to go to.
