1. On the downside, the computer downstairs in the lobby was really slow for me (but they do have free printing if you need to print boarding passes.

5. The only downsides was that the ice machine was on the ground floor, the wireless connection was painfully slow, a couple of the early morning desk staff were not particularly helpful and be warned that the walls are paper thin.

7. downsides on the room: poor TV channels (about 20, unsorted, why not screen Vertigo on there too??? When I came in seeing the film behind the desk I was urging to watch it in my room), poorly-working refrigerator.
