1. The room itself like other reviewers in tripadvisor had mentioned, only has cosmetic looks, it's not a bad look except you can tell it's using old materials to re-fitting the room.

2. bad points:-There weren't any as such but the hotel had a small gym and I feel that this would be better used as a bar so that guests can relax and have somewhere to hang out.

3. There were only two things I would say were the 'negatives' and that would be the lighting in the bathroom was too bright (felt like the gates of heaven exploded in your face) and the front desk staff, with exception of Sam, always seemed to be in a bad mood.

5. I'm not a stickler about $5 (in the second case) but it's just bad business to have your employees tell the customer one thing, and then go back on your word.

8. This wouldn't be THAT bad since it is in SF and the weather wasn't too hot in August, however, our window provided no breeze making it uncomfortable in the daytime and early evening.
