2. I went expecting small-ish rooms and was fine with that, but I was a little disappointed as the room my husband and I stayed in was so small compared to an identically priced room.

4. Our biggest disappointment was in the morning having to go down to reception to pick up our breakfast box with an orange drink, piece of cake, a yogurt and an apple and take it back to our room to eat.

7. We weren't disappointed, the hotel has a quirky, trendy style kitted out in cream and orange, echoed throughout the hotel, and our room had a cool orange leather chair and white ceramic horse head lamps.

9. Only disappointment was the 'continental breakfast' included in our tarrif - unrefrigerated yoghurt, a can of fruit, nasty packaged danish pastry and a bottle of juice.
