1. The hotel was very thoughtful and arranged our room away from the elevator, down the hallway so that my dog would not be stressed at the hallway foot traffic & noise.

3. A lot of people complain that the walls are super thin and the street noise is unbearable but I didn't experience this so everybody else is probably just a complainer.

5. I think I had quiet neighbors as well as I did not hear any tvs or noise, but anytime someone was in the hall it sounded like they were in my room, so I suspect the walls are a little thin.

6. The truth is, the Vertigo does look like that on a map, but SF is small enough that you can walk to the action but sleep in the city but without the noise.
