1. we loved that we were close enough to walk to the areas we wanted, but far enough that it was loud on the street and we could sleep at night.

2. Walls are a little thin- but only affected us once and that was due to ridiculously loud neighbors that no wall could keep the noise out :) Staff was courteous, and for the price we couldn't have asked for more.

7. The street noise was so loud, that even though we were on the 7th floor, it seemed to echo and reverberate all the way up and got louder as it did.

8. Every night and all night into the wee hours of 4 am there were Trolley busses, loud motorcycles, Trash trucks and people outside arguing and partying.

9. My 2 main complaints: - VERY stuffy rooms with NO Air Conditioning (which by the way is NOT mentioned on the hotel website)- Street Noise so loud we did not a good nights sleep in 4 nights.

10. The hotel has trolley buses that run in front of it constantly, neighbors who ride Harley Davidsons at all hours, up to and including 4 am, loud neighbors with open windows and street people who argue and party all day and all night it seems.
