staff even then were extremely
unhelpful
and the manager was extremely rude when we were asking for a inter joining room he would not accommodate us only after threatening to leave the hotel he then agreed.

suggestion call Triple A.

Concierge was grumpy and very

on 2 occasions and on another occasion while waiting for the tour bus to pick us up, the concierge (french guy) said.
