1. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny but the worst thing is stains on a bathroom's wall.

2. The room was okay size, but with a tiny bathroom, barely can move around- tho just done renovation, ceiling was still run-down, we can literally hear most of noises and foot steps from neighbours.
