1. Only downside is that the room service was awful, and same with the food.

2. (doesn't help that the hotel across the way gives free parking to it's guests) The location was great, the shower heads were good, bathroom a little small and lights too dim, and no refrigerator which was awful for our son's medicine which needed to be kept cold.
