1. Its kind of a retro, contemporaty mess which makes the hotel rooms seem outdated but they're really not.

They messed up the bill, charging me $400+ too much (I was not the only one to be charged too much), they appeared to have credited the amount, but after leaving, I had to return 2 days in succession for over an hour plus travel time each day, to try to sort it out, ruining a day when we could have been going on trips.
