2. My partner and I and 4 other relatives recently stayed at this property, I was particularly looking forward to this because not only was I in San Francisco I was I believed staying at one of the best hotels, unfortunately this was not the case.

5. Overall I would rate this hotel very highly but unfortunately we had our GPS unit and Satellite radio stolen from their Valet Only parking facility.

10. unfortunately no one ever came by to ask us how things were & the wait staff was obviously inexperienced & overwhelmed so telling them would have been fruitless.
