1. The most annoying thing about the room was that the room darkening shades did not close all the way, I had to move the chair and ottoman in front of them and against the wall to keep them shut.

7. Never asking to refill coffee, no water- and then got annoyed if you asked (this covers the 3 we ate at)Still the good far outweighs the bad, it`s an elegant comfortable hotel, the rooms even at lower levels are great and have good views.
