4. As an aside, not the hotel's fault, but being on such a steep hill, naturally we took many cabs to and from the hotel, however the cabs were rude and many refused to take me unless I was going a long distance.

5. We stayed in San Francisco for 3 days which was enough for us - did the usual tourist trips which was great fun - on the downside we found many of the locals quite rude and abrupt when dealing with tourists which was a little shocking.
