1. Video check out was in Japanese, I had to guess at what the screen was telling me and made a few few wrong choices before finally getting it right.

2. You don't walk outside directly into a bad area, but if you walk a few blocks in the wrong direction, you can end up somewhere you really shouldn't be, and for this reason only, I give 4 instead of 5 stars.

3. Location:The location is the only reason I did not give this hotel 5 stars, but allow me to explain; if you are familiar with the streets in this area (as my wife and I were), and traveling the wrong way on foot is not a concern, then I give this place 5 stars.
