1. Only downside was some wear on furniture in the room, but otherwise a very memorable trip that we would love to repeat.

5. The only downside to my stay was that I could only stayed for a night and that some parts of the hotel made me very nostalgic for Japan.

The only downside I saw (from a business meeting perspective) is the limited food options in the hotel - Starbucks in the lobby closed for renovations when we were there, and there is no deli/coffee bar sort of set up in the hotel (except for full service restaurant); and the catering and restaurant are insanely expensive (a bottle of water catering price was $5.
