The position of this hotel was ideal, no more than 5 minutes walk to Union Square, but not

A little
noisy
, due to lots of people in the area; if you don't like crowds, don't stay in ANY Union Square hotel (in fairness, the Hotel Nikko is not as near to the crowds in Union Square as a few others are).

All in all, I had the experience I came to San Francisco to have and in the three remaining nights of my trip, forgot about the initial two
noisy
nights at the Hilton.
