7. An email from the GM asking how our stay was that evening was replied to with this issue and she was very responsive correcting the problem and satisfying our needs.

10. It's expensive for wifi (mine was included in my room rate but that was a higher than basic room rate) As I was on holiday the internet issues were simply a bit irritating, but I would have been frustrated beyond belief if I was a business traveller.
