3. I get a call finally and an email back saying they would refund only my gym pass/internet? I paid for a hotel room to sleep and use it's bathroom, it's not too hard to screw that up.

9. Market street is a little hard to traverse with all of it's no right turns and one way streets, but what a wonderful hotel.
