For a city which has come to stand for the rights of minority groups, I found it
uncomfortable
to be made to feel so abnormal by my simple request.

Firstly there is a charge to use the facility, and secondly there was not enough ventilation in the cardio area, making it
uncomfort
ably warm to do any kind of serious workout.

There are a lot of street people and other late-night denizens who can make you feel rather
uncomfortable
and may even be threatening.

We were not really bothered by this, but travellers made
uncomfortable
by this should opt for lodging on the east side of Union Square.

uncomfortable

Our queen bed room was fine, but the bed was obviously mostly only used by a solo sleeper as the left side (up against a wall) was
uncomfortable
and higher than the right.
