1. Perfect location to Marathon starting line, not soooo close to be crazy loud but close enough to not exhaust our legs before a marathon.

2. Hotel is located directly across the street from Hilton which was being picketed, loud blaring megaphones starting at the crack of dawn which is no fault of Nikko.
