5. Only small point is that Hotel Nikko is only round the corner from The Tenderloin district which is an area to be avoided after dark.

6. Apart from that the hotel is well located very near the center of the city and close to all major transport if you dont mind moving left or right every ten seconds to avoid every bum and tramp begging for money.
