4. The staff was exceedingly helpful and went above & beyond when my garment bag was loaded into the wrong car, during a rather hectic check out time.

Not only was the room (a spa room with king bed) luxurious, clean, large, and well appointed (hooks in the right places, sufficient night table space, good lighting, wonderful bathroom) but the place reeks with joy - - the staff seem to be having a wonderful time (they even, I think, share the gym with the guests, which is terrific) and behave as if they are playing, they jump to serve and apologize profusely if something goes wrong (and there are minor, really minor glitches, but still .
