The young woman at the front desk was prompt and courteous in correcting the
mistake
and left me feeling very happy with her solution of taking care of our breakfast bill.

Was here for a trade show that meant that Philly was packed without a room to be had (colleagues of mine who had a

in their booking ended up having to stay 30 miles out of town.

I was particularly dissapointed that this
mistake
was not adressed personally.
"Cool and boutique-y but not pretentious and offputting. Just make sure to bring your own alarm clock! "
