1. Also, we had an issue with a neighbor playing loud music late at night - the hotel staff dealt with it promptly, courteously and (from our perspective) effectively.

6. My only (small) issue was that I had to leave without getting my itemized bill as the person checking me spent about 5 minutes taking to a call in the midst of checking me out.

7. The other issue is that there seems to be no security for people entering the 'rooms levels' of the hotel.

10. Every member of the staff seemed dedicated to keeping their guests happy, and it there was a minor issue that needed attention, or any other kind of request, it was taken care of immediately and cheerfully.
