with a neighbor playing loud music late at night - the hotel staff dealt with it promptly, courteously and (from our perspective) effectively.

was that I had to leave without getting my itemized bill as the person checking me spent about 5 minutes taking to a call in the midst of checking me out.

Every member of the staff seemed dedicated to keeping their guests happy, and it there was a minor

that needed attention, or any other kind of request, it was taken care of immediately and cheerfully.
