First, my room was very
noisy
, mainly due to the connecting door to the next door room which was poorly soundproofed.

On 18th floor it was nice and quiet, not that I would call Philly a
noisy
city.
"Peaceful place in the center of the city. "

noisy
.

That having been said, the wine reception was a great idea, but it turned out to be a free for all and the wii was just too much, as if it wasn't
noisy
& crowded enough, then throw in everyone with their pets, ugh.
"could have stayed at Ritz Carlton, but this hotel is so much newer and hipper! "
