1. For a hotel of this 'quality', I should not have had these problems.

2. I know what you're thinking: most of this stuff the hotel can't control? But really, all of these problems could have been easily solved with two things: a chain lock (to keep housekeeping from coming in and my dog from going out), and a good fan (to keep us cool and to provide white noise to sleep).

8. At checking out we notified the staff member of a loose part at the tub (a minor technical thing, no real problem) and then asked what it was about this magic word, and that we hadn't received anything beyond what we had booked.
