I was disappointed to find that the sofa in my room had been turned into a bed whilst I was out of the room, this was due to an operational error and was quickly rectified by a friendly, smiling,

The single desk clerk
apologetic
ally explained that they had inadequate personnel to keep it filled during the busy dinner hour.

While the front desk person I called to complain to the next morning was
apologetic
and asked me how she could make it up to me (I asked for a 2PM late checkout which she agreed to), I was dissapointed that the manager never called me with an explanation as to why this happened as she had told me he would.
"Cool and boutique-y but not pretentious and offputting. Just make sure to bring your own alarm clock! "
