I once left some
expensive
equipment in my room accidentally and not only did they secure it for me until i could return, the doorman ran and got it for me so I didn't have to get out of the car.

I choose this hotel over the Rittenhouse (dated rooms), the Ritz (dated rooms), the Four Seasons (dated rooms, hallways to rooms are too long) and the Westin (dated rooms, too
expensive
).

Definitely a cut above your average luxury hotel - this feels more like a 'W' than a Hilton, but not as attitude-y and not nearly as
expensive
.

Didn't try the restaurant for either breakfast or dinner as it appeared quite
expensive
, but this is common to hotels in my experience in the US.

The valet parking though a bit more
expensive
than do-it-yourself was extremely good, fast and convenient.

)Two (very small) complaints : the soundproofing is not perfect (we could hear a dog barking on our last morning) and the valet parking is very
expensive
($40 a night).
