ly, to use the gm, or take advantage of more guest services (they lead runs around the city for example) all of which seem to be good initiatives.

ly a young man decided to vacuum the carpets around the refreshment table very thoroughly and our relaxing start to the day was spoilt by the noise.

Once telling her about the 'view', she informed us that

ly no other rooms with a 'view' were available but that she would remove the additional charge for a 'city view' AND she gave us a coupon for a complimentary breakfast.
