1. The only thing lacking is a coffe/tea-maker (however might not be normal in a boutiqe hotel) was available early in the morning, complimentary.

2. Safety is important, but the lack of interest in ensuring everyone was relatively satisfied in an awful situation (crammed into the lobby for 45 minutes to hear it was a false alarm) is a concern.

5. Generally I'm pretty easygoing with my ratings if I think hotel staff is at least giving it a decent effort (everyone has a bad day, and anybody can screw something up once in a while), but the lack of effort and/or training with these folks was demonstrable.
"Great Building; So-so Service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/12/2011 Vote
6. Another suggestion is that the hotel lacks a quiet lounge area where you can chill out after a days sight-seeing or working and you don't want to go to your room.

8. The lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, but our stay drasticaly improved because of Kelly's commitment to good service.

9. Special thanks for Brad at the Door, Abby at the Concierge (whom cheerfully took responsibility for my lack of preparation on dinner reservations and got 13 of us into an Italian restaurant with two hours notice on a Saturday night), Anna in Square 1862 and the on duty Houseman on Saturday night, who saw us taking pictures in the lobby and asked if he could take them so we could all be in the picture.
"Exceptional All Around! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/9/2011 Vote
10. I ran into the bed frame several times because of the lack of space between the desk and the bed and I have the bruises to prove it.
"Small rooms, poor air conditioning, unprepared for amount of guests " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2010 Vote
