1. The facilities were a bit less than average (smallish, cramped lobby, cramped bar, extremely tight and hectic car unloading out front)Now, for the 'outstanding': The hotel staff, all of them.

The room was; cramped, the only seat is one awkward desk chair for tv viewing or room service, no table either, no wifi - short cable cord to desk and $10 charge, green hotel means only two towels - ask for more - and room service brings ice - hot water in the shower ran out during the shower - no ventilation in shower so the mirror steamed - the bed and bedding were comfortable - our room would have been quiet except for the ( suite) door to the adjacent room - we could hear sound of our neighbor's intimacy.
