1. Our only complaint with the hotel was the bed was not as soft as we would like & although we asked for a foam pillow, they all seemed like feather pillows.

3. The Hotel Palomar was not disappointing - although I prefer the Helix and Topaz (both in DC) from Kimpton over this hotel, as this one was a little less fun - I have no complaints about the service, cleanliness, room, etc.

4. )Two (very small) complaints : the soundproofing is not perfect (we could hear a dog barking on our last morning) and the valet parking is very expensive ($40 a night).

5. Very nice hotel overall---only one complaint: the shower head---very low flow of water, very little pressure---it was hard getting the shampoo out.

8. It probably seems like a lot of complaints for a four-star rating, but I would stay at the hotel again, I just would book a larger room (through the website) on a different floor.
"Beautiful hotel, a few issues " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/15/2011 Vote
9. They ended up giving us an upgrade to a higher floor/room w/ view, so no complaints.

10. If it had been just my husband and I, we probably wouldn't have had any complaints.
